Hey, tonight, we are in the final installment of a collection of talks that we started five

weeks ago entitled Relationships.

And we've been talking all things relationships.

Week one, I talked about men and women,

talked about dating. A couple of weeks ago had that once a year awkward kind of mom and dad

conversation on sex. Thanks for coming back to church, everyone. Last week we talked about

singleness. And tonight, Don Shere and I were joined together because we want to preach about

relationships and marriage. And normally when we kind of come up and talk, we usually want to preach about relationships and marriage.

And normally when we kind of come up and talk, we usually kind of preach about couple goals.

But tonight's a little bit different. We're going to talk about couple disasters.

And before you get too afraid, let me just encourage you, especially if you're here tonight with your spouse or your boyfriend or your girlfriend,

research would tell us that just by attending church with your spouse or your boyfriend or your girlfriend, research would tell us that

just by attending church with your spouse, you are 14% less likely than getting the divorce.

So that's encouraging. That's not just good theology. Come on, it's good statistics right there.

Maybe this is why that person is always trying to get you to come to church every week.

Because it's important that you actually participate.

And also we know that this is a message that our nation needs.

Our nation is broken.

Every single hour, 86 marriages are dissolved in our nation.
