A lot of Americans' health data may just have been stolen.

United Health Group is reporting a potentially major hack.

The Health Insurance and Medical Services Provider

says it's still trying to figure out

the extent of the damage from a ransomware attack that left some of its systems hobbled for weeks.

It now appears to have included a data breach.

The company says files with protected health

information may have been compromised but no details yet. GM issued a better

than expected quarterly earnings report so did Pepsico. GM's revenue rose 7.5% to more than 43 billion dollars. Profits were around 3 billion.

Pepsico's global sales rose 2% to more than 18 billion dollars.

Sales skyrocketed overseas.

The company raised its prices by about 5%.

Tesla reports earnings later today after the closing Bell on Wall Street, investors are awaiting

details about the company's future plans

amid reports that it's scrapping efforts to make a more affordable electric

vehicle in favor of focusing on self-driving taxis.
