about all the big news and obviously the most recent big news that dropped if you don't count any of the Pro Bowl alternate

selections that we heard about this week was the announcement this past weekend that the Packers

have agreed to terms with Jonathan Gannett to be their new defensive coordinator.

So he had some ties to the Philadelphia Eagles.

once covered that team. So what was your first reaction when you heard it was going to be

Jonathan Gannon? I wasn't, um, he wasn't my number one guy, but I don't mind him at all. He's a good

I, it's fun, you know, he's going to get looked at for looked at for what he did in Arizona. And that wasn't very, he didn't succeed, obviously. Or he would still be the head coach of the Cardinals. But the Packers didn't hire him to be their head coach. He hired him to be a defensive coordinator. The last time he was a defensive coordinator, he was coordinating the Super Bowl. So I'll take that. It's funny. I just

talked to some people that are still with the Eagles who know John pretty well. They love them.

The two people that I'm close with who know him pretty well. As a matter of fact, I'm writing a story

for Packer report about that. They think the world of them both as a as a person

and as a coach they said the same thing that i just said don't don't judge them off
