Steve Roberts. Coming to you early on Wednesday morning, pardon me, first time I was spoken today.

Actually had a message yesterday from a Boneyard listener that said, hey, Steve, we're evacuating

today.

And if you could have the bonyard up early tomorrow, that would be helpful as we're probably going to be on the road for a while as we're trying to get out ahead of the storm.

Hurricane Milton appears to be a potentially catastrophic event that is barreling down on the

western coast of the great state of Florida. You may not know this, but my oldest daughter

lives on the east coast of Florida. And storm is supposed to pass directly over them and so it's something that many of people that we

love are dealing with of course Audrey and her folks won't have to deal with the storm surge

and so many are but we have some people connected to us through my book publisher that live and work in Tampa.

Our friend Bob Karskadden is in the Greater Tampa area.

And Bob texts this morning to say that he was headed inland.

And so, you know, we we love Bob Bob is our friend many of you know Bob and I are in a group text with several other friends and we've

encouraged him to to seek shelter and to evacuate the greater Tampa area.

And again, news this morning that he is headed inland.

I know many of you care about Bob and love Bob.

And so I wanted to share that with you.

But, yeah, to be honest with you, it's been difficult to sleep.

It has been.

And so I thought, you know what?

Let me go ahead and get up and get the show done

and provide some measure of distraction
