Why? We didn't get any reviews. Well, it's better than getting bad ones, I guess. I don't know. That's a hard choice to make, because even our worst reviews aren't really that bad. Yeah, that's true. but it's time for the news story.

What's up first?

Liberty Oil-filled services put Slumberger Tech in its yards, Halliburton, and its crosshairs. Yes, this is a really good story. If you haven't heard yet, basically Slumbergerie has decided to get out of the actual fracking business and they look for a partner, which happened to be Liberty Oilfield. You know why Liberty Oilfield's such a cool partner? Well, I did interview their CEO,

Chris Wright. Yep. And they also hosted our Denver happy hours in Denver when life was normal.

And so just a great company. We know them, love them to death. I was a little surprised when this

happened. And I think it's pretty

cool. So basically Liberty bought Somerjay's fracking business unit exchange for 37% stake in

the company, which I think is a very good deal for everybody. And then it's really interesting,

you know, Halliburton is the top fracking company in North America right now. And for Chris to come out and says, hey, Halliburton, I got my crosshairs on you. I like that. Even in this, you know, still down economy, down the oil field, you know, he's looking at growing his business and he's looking at the biggest competitor out there, the biggest owner of that fracking space and going to come in after you. And I love that. And a big red, you know, you're going to have to hustle to stay to this, this keep your number one spot. But it's just a great article. And what this is doing, bottom line is, is letting these guys keep their jobs, right? They're going to have a different logo on their paycheck and on their, their FRs, but they're going to be able to keep their jobs. So, you know, hats off to them. Like I said, like you said, you know Chris. He's a good guy.

This is a very strategic move at a time where he basically picked this up for much less than he would have just even a year ago. So let's keep an eye on this and see where this goes. And he's just a laid back guy. He's really neat.
