Where do we begin?

Mine, of course, is the easy one. It's afternoon tea, which is no hardship as far as I'm concerned, to drink champagne and tea and have cakes and everything else, and you can quiz me on just about everything you like.

And I'll tell you all the backstage gossip, all the secrets, you know me. And you've got to stick half a glass

of champagne in me and I'll tell you anything you want to hear. Not quite true. I'll tell a lie,

actually, that is quite true. I'm very good at things like that. Sometimes I sort of, I actually

sort of, you know, get to a situation where I think, what have I said here? What have I said? And then I suddenly realized. And I suddenly realized just how brilliant it is, just how brilliant the programme is. And that's why we got the record audience figures. And that's why it's absolutely fantastic. And that's why we thank you each and every day. Because you're obviously telling all your friends. You're obviously telling all your friends about,

have you heard LBC? We listen first thing. We get people who specifically wake up at four in the morning,

specifically. And they've now got into the habit. They can't get out of the habit. So they're all there.

They're all there. And the reason that this podcast is particularly successful is because it deals with the wonderful world of celebrity.

And I have a book

out which is talking about a celebrity. Some people aren't actually celebrities. We bandy

the word around a little bit freely nowadays and we go, oh, so and so is a star. The papers

are very fond of putting in the papers. Oh, so and so is a star of made in Essex or, you know, made in Chelsea or all that colours.

They're not stars at all. They're just very, very ordinary people who show off a little bit.

And over in Essex, they are particularly naff-looking, really.

And so today, the relative demure look, they're over in Marbeia, best place for all them, leave them over there.
