0:52.9	What led to your career in employment services?
0:55.9	Actually, coming back to my history and my start in the employment service, I have to think
1:02.8	about 20 years ago when I graduated in a public administration and started working in the Lithuanian Public Employment
1:13.3	Service as a project coordinator.
1:16.6	And when I am thinking, why did I choose the public sector?
1:22.3	Well, probably because my grandparents worked in the sector and I spent lots of time with them.
