podcast and it is a sunny day here in Los Angeles, California.

It's been gorgeous.

We've had gorgeous day after gorgeous day after a whole lot of rain.

Terential downpours for, I don't know, two weeks, weeks on and off and then two weeks before that we had a lot of rain and now it feels like summer

I'm getting alive again. I'm feeling alive. I'm feeling so alive. I'm living my life again. Rain is just like one little.

The rain was only one factor. The holiday season is over and I want to talk about how good I'm feeling what I'm doing

What I've been doing I went to the desert last week and that is how I began my week

I'd never been out to Joshua Tree, Uqua Valley before. So much fun. All the things

that you expect someone to do in the desert I probably did and I had an absolute blast.

Was in a hot tub, was using an outdoor bowling alley,

playing pickleball. I was dancing and groven and I saw the world's largest

boulder or not the world's largest boulder. God can't lie about something as

important as that they saw North America's largest boulder.

Had a ton of good food, a ton of laughs. It was a really, really good trip, unexpected, completely unexpected.

Then rode back from the desert last Wednesday

and immediately put on my workout clothes

and drove to Pilates, which has been such a highlight of this chapter of my life.

It really is something that I'm enjoying.

Then immediately came back, showered, met some friends for dinner,

and then went to a friend's show.

And it was so fun, it was so nice.
