Good night are we having a good time over at Clay Works?

Oh my word.

We have, well, we've been working on it for a while.

You know, I started the process, I should say, Jennifer and I started the

process about, oh, good night. What was it like in beginning of April? Something like that.

It was, end of March. It was relatively soon after my eye removal when I started looking quite seriously.

We were looking before that anyhow for like someplace to be able to lease, to be able to get

into. And we discovered this one building. And it was, it was not love at first sight,

but definitely like potential at first sight, but definitely, like, potential at first sight.

So we started working on it in terms of like seeing what we could get in there.

And if the, the owner of the property would allow it to happen, so on and so forth.

And until the papers were signed, we couldn't really talk about it. But, but he did give us

permission. At one point, he said, when we were like waiting to sign papers, he said,

hey, hey, don't let me stop you.

Get in there and do what you want to do.

And so we did.
