Let's go to Colossians chapter one.

If you have a physical Bible, go ahead and crack open those pages and turn to Colossians one.

That's where we're going to be today.

And while you're getting there, I want to talk about my wife a little bit.

My wife, Elena Guido, might be one of the healthiest persons you have ever met in your entire life.

She was gluten-free before gluten-free was a thing.

We'd go to restaurants and people would be like, wait, so you can't have, what does that mean?

You can't have gluten.

It's like, anything made with wheat, grow.

What, what are you, what are you supposed to eat?

You can't have bread.

What are you supposed to consume and so because of that, you know, in a lot of ways, we don't eat out a lot.

And even if we go grocery shopping a lot of times, there's many ingredients that many,

many products that she won't buy because, quite frankly, the devil's ingredients are in those products.

And so what happens is a lot of times she ends up having to cook all of our meals from scratch,

which is a lot of work, but it's actually pretty cool because she's very good at it.

And there's one meal in particular that, if you were invited over to our house for dinner,

and my wife were to ask me, what should I make for dinner, a hundred percent of the time,

my answer would be, what, lamb curry, lamb curry?

Okay, I don't know what you feel about lamb or curry or those of two together,

but my wife makes this lamb curry.
