They don't want Guatemalan's Honduras

and El Salvadorans come through there.

If they do, they're gonna get their pound of flesh.

And sometimes that means literally.

No, they secure their border.

You come through here, it's gonna cost you.

Now, the cartels run the government.

So the cartels allow them through,

but it's sort of like the safe zones in Chicago.

Sometimes they'll win an award in Chicago

because the pastors and the drug dealers

and the politicians will sit down and they'll go,

okay, look.
