Now, the husband of former Scottish First Minister Nicholas Sturgeon,

the former chief executive of the SNP, has been charged in connection with the embezzlement of party funds,

having been taken into custody and questioned by police this very morning.

You may remember he was arrested last April before being released that time without being charged

and had resigned as the party's chief executive the month before.
