House Nets. Welcome back to our Song of Ice and Fire Book Club. Today we are talking about the hedge

night, not night of the seven kingdoms per se but just the hedge and i getting back into uh reading that

me and matt read it over a week and we wanted to read it right after the show because we thought

it'd be fun just to kind of talk about it maybe not even so much the differences actually but just

kind of talking about how we feel about the book it's a book book that you and I have read many, many, many times.

Did you listen to the audiobook for this?

I did.

I did listen to the audiobook, and I looked, I glanced back over the graphic novel as well.

And, you know, it's always interesting because now, of course, we have the context of the show to consider and some of the changes and definitely some things. I'm like, oh, yeah, like dunk said that instead of egg in the show or egg said that instead of dunk in the show. There's a lot. We're not going to be able to get to like every single possible difference because there are quite a bit, but not are really like drastic, except for some of the

things that we talked about, obviously the stuff with like Maker at the end and, you know,

a few other differences here and there. They added a lot of stuff in the show, obviously, with Sir

Arland's backstory and, you know, and Dunk's backstory and then Lionoprathian and the Fossway.

So just a ton of stuff and then since then man, geez Warner brothers might be getting bought.

There's all this all this stuff going on.

I don't know.

There's we're going to, we'll talk a little bit about it to casting for Duncan egg.

Season two casting.

Lady Rohan has been cast. Lady Rohan has been cast. And I think they're finishing up some House of the Dragon stuff. It's coming in June. I think they said they're finishing up some reshoots and stuff like that right now. Game of Thrones movie was I guess sort of officially announced we kind of have known about it but I guess

they re-officialized it but who knows the writing the writing uh well the headwriter right
