welfare. Then in 1991, Lynn assaulted a daycare worker after his daughter came home with a cut

from a fall. This earned him a one-year probation period, during which he was forced to attend a

mental health program for his anger issues. Records and his next set of actions showed that he didn't attend these important meetings.

A little less than a year later, he was evicted from his rental home by landlord Andrew Zatko,
