First of all it's super exciting to see the new book on the screen back there

So I'm enjoying that part

I'm really looking forward to this talk

And even more looking forward to the Q&A session

Where I wanna go with this is

As we were talking in the green room about the audience

To me everything that I'm about to talk about has to do with a couple of core principles

But at the level that I think matters at a practical front for a lot of you

It comes down to producing content

And then respecting context to create that content

If you don't know the room you're speaking in

If you don't understand the psychology of who's consuming it

It's very unlikely that your message is gonna hit the mark for what you're trying to achieve

I'm gonna give a different talk here than I'm gonna give tomorrow in Miami

Then I'm going to have on the phone calls in between tonight

Because all I'm ever really doing is reverse engineering the audience

And then trying to deploy the 4, 7, 15, 49 things that I believe
