In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about a tip on how to optimize the ketogenic diet for energy and sleep. If you are doing 2 meals a day intermittent fasting which is highly recommended, for the first meal try mostly protein and fat. And for the second meal, primarily vegetables and add smaller amounts of protein and fat. He also talks about the reason why you should try this tweak on Ketogenic Diet.
