I guess what's the main lesson I'm meant to learn this lifetime that I'm unaware of or struggling with most.

Okay. Just to clarify, are you wanting the main lesson that you're not seeing or the main lesson, period?

I'm not seeing.

Okay.

I keep getting the word austerity.

And what I'm being shown is like that there's a restrictive energy, like a restrictive, it's a belief

pattern. It's not your energy, but it's a belief pattern. It feels like it didn't

originate with you. It originated. It feels like through, I keep getting grandmother.

And it's hard for me to tell right now whether it's like your grandmother in this lifetime or if it was a grandmother in a different lifetime or

it looks like a grandmother that's a little bit cold and severe and austere, a little bit like

very proper and critical is what I'm feeling and

that there's uh it feels like you have internalized whether that's from this like I said this

grandmother or not I don't know why grandmother comes through but that's just the word that I'm getting

it's like you've internalized

some of that criticism and turned it inward on yourself and that it's like keeping you keeping

your energy smaller and like more condensed than it actually wants to be that's the that's the thing that they're

showing me okay dad actually fits my mother but I know we've had many lifetimes together
