I wanted to kick off the conversation by going over sort of just some stats from your

enormous trip.

How many flights did you take in that year? I took 88 flights I believe spread across 40 airlines

over the course of the 52 weeks. And how many miles is that flown?

Oh, well, off the top of my head,

not like I have it written down right in front of me.

It's 119,72 miles.

So that's the equivalent of like,

like just under five times around the circumference of the planet.

And I read that you spent like two full weeks, like literally two weeks in the air, like flying from place to place.

Yeah, I mean, it was a lot of short flights because I was kind of popping my way eastward for the most part,

but when you total it up it came to about two weeks and I don't know when you read about the effects that being on a plane has on you, it's a little scary to think

about two weeks of your life spent at 30,000 feet.

But you also had to do like every other kind of transport.

Yeah yeah so that was you know 120,000 miles flowing about 7,000 miles of driving

spread across multiple countries, took 48 boat trips, 45 train trips.

I think one of my favorite stats from the full year

is that I spent a total of about 11 hours underwater. This is the thing that I needed to understand more about because I was

like was there like a submarine ride somewhere in here like how do you mean? I just did a

lot of scuba diving right because some of the places on the list were you know I was in a lot in southern Israel which is right on the red sea I was in French Polynesia

I was in Panama like all these big scuba diving destinations.
