It's a relatively new acronym, born, I presume, in opposition to the concept of

people feel while they're scrolling through social media. But I think to really experience the

joy of missing out, you have to feel comfortable in your own skin. You've got to actually

enjoy your own skin. You've got to actually enjoy your own company.

Now, I didn't grow up with social media, and although I love connecting with listeners,

I'm a bit clunky with it. But that's okay because I rarely experience FOMO.

You see, I did some work on myself many, many years ago that made me realize that by being in this body,
