Then they see larva.

So it was apparent to these guys on scene that there was someone in the closet.

While Detective Major continued her interrogation of Sean Great,

police conducted their search of the house where Great was arrested.

Inside, they found the bodies of two of Great's victims, Elizabeth Griffith and Stacey Stanley.

Both had been strangled to death.

As the investigation continued, authorities discovered that Great had previously murdered

three other young women, Candace Cunningham, Rebecca Lacey, and Dana Lowry.

They were mothers, daughters, sisters, all with so much more life left to live.

Thanks to the skillful, interrogative work of Detective Major, the bravery of Jane Doe,

and the dedication of all the agencies involved

in the investigation, Sean Great was found guilty of multiple charges, including kidnapping,

rape, murder, and aggravated murder. Great was sentenced to death and is currently scheduled

for execution in March of 2025.

Today, I continue my conversation with a detective major as we dive into the chilling

conclusion of her work on this devastating case.
