Dinosaur of the day Oxalaia, a spinosaurid from the Late Cretaceous of northeastern Brazil which was almost as large as Spinosaurus (if it wasn't Spinosaurus itself).
In dinosaur news this week:
- At least 27 iguanodontians from the new genus, Iyuku, were discovered in a South African bonebed
- New chasmosaurine ceratopsid dinosaur Bisticeratops froeseorum was discovered.
- Scientists named a new type of dinosaur egg (which was found full of crystals).
- Scientists found a pathology in a titanosaur egg that could tell us more about dinosaur reproductive behavior.
- A bunch of dinosaur tracks and trackways were found in Alberta, Canada, that may show dinosaurs being sociable.
- Another Tyrannosaurus rex is going on auction.
- Scientists found new dinosaur tracks in Alaska thanks to an earthquake.
- The Badlands Dinosaur Museum found baby dinosaurs this summer.

| 0:54.1 | That's quite a claim. |
| 0:55.5 | It's pretty cool. |
| 0:56.1 | Yeah. |
| 1:03.7 | We are also talking about a new serotopsian that kind of got leaked earlier in the year. |
| 1:04.4 | Cool. |
| 1:06.4 | And we have a bunch of other news. |
| 1:07.0 | Mm-hmm. We also have Dinosaur of the Day, Oshalaya, which we usually pronounce |
| 1:13.0 | Auxalia. I think I pronounced it Wahalia last time, and that was also wrong. |
| 1:18.6 | So we're all over the map on the pronunciation of this one. It's spelled like Auxalia. It's |

| 1:31.4 | But when I looked into it, it's because it refers to an African deity, Oshala. |
| 1:37.4 | So that's why it's Oshalloye. |
| 1:39.9 | Makes sense. |
| 1:41.4 | And we're going to be trying a new segment out, which is where we asked on Discord and Patreon for people to give us a dinosaur topic, or I should say just a random topic, and we would try to connect it to dinosaurs. |
