0:26.1	City Church DC. I'm so thrilled to see you guys. This is a good day. My kids were at the pool,
0:31.5	two days in a row. So, this Stewart family is happy. Summer is here. Like you didn't know. Am I the
0:37.6	only one who feels like it's a little toasty in here? Is that okay to say that? Can we? You know,
0:41.8	they've got hot yoga in town and we just feel like, you know, we didn't want to be left out. So,
0:46.4	we decided to have hot church. It's good for joint mobility. So, you're welcome. No, but, you know,

1:10.0	God has for. So, if you got a Bible, we're in Ephesians chapter four. If you didn't bring one, don't
1:16.8	stress about it. I want to read to you a couple verses from Ephesians chapter four. So, you can just
1:20.9	listen to me. It'll be on screen. We'll read it. We'll pray and then jump in together. Ephesians
1:26.8	chapter four, starting in verse one, says this, I therefore a prisoner for the Lord urge you to walk
1:39.5	in a manner worthy of the calling to which you've been called with all humility and gentleness
1:45.2	with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the spirit
1:50.8	in the bond of peace. There is one body and one spirit, just as you were called to the one hope
1:57.2	that belongs to your call, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who's
