Hey, before we get into today's podcast, we want to address Garrison's Passing.

It's the very opening scene of this episode, and this is such a real and traumatic loss in the Brown family.

And our hearts go out to every single member of the Brown family.

We cannot begin to imagine what it is that they have gone through,

what it is that they are currently going through.

This experience is the most heartbreaking

event that hopefully no one ever has to experience. No one ever plans on

experiencing, but it happens and it's awful.

I know that in these situations,

it's so common for

people, you know, you just, you want someone to blame for what has happened.

And what I really hope people can understand, you know, we come on here every week

and we poke fun at this family and we say the most

stupid shit that you've ever heard in your entire life about this family but this is

different than that and I want you to understand that there is

no one to blame for what has happened there is no one to blame for what has happened.

There is no one event to blame for what has happened.

Mental health and struggling with your mental health
