You can afford anything but not everything.

Every choice that you make is a trade-off against something else and that doesn't just

apply to your money.

That applies to your time, your focus, your energy, your attention.

The way that you allocate any limited resource is a representation of what you value.

That opens up two questions. Number one, what do you value? What are your priorities?

What do you think is important? What matters and what doesn't?

And forget what society says ought to matter. What do you believe?

That is number one and number two, how do you put that into action?

How do you make choices on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis that reflect your values?

Answering those two questions is a lifetime practice and that's what this podcast is here

to explore and facilitate.
