Okay. Everything had been building up to this event for a long time, not just because of Liverpool being denied having a Premier League title parade in 2020 due to the pandemic.

But I think obviously they knew they were going to win the league for a long time

and most of the hotels in Liverpool were booked up from February March for this weekend

because people just wanted to be part of this parade.

That's amazing.

I mean, like the last time this happened, I was like 10, so it's great to bring my little lad out today.

He's 11, so just how long night waiting for this it's amazing to share it with me it's just unbelievable scenes absolutely

packed the whole sky filled with red smoke and the flares we've been waiting for this for years

so the weather's rubbish but the atmosphere is brilliant.
