Welcome to this episode of Sons of Patriarchy where we are focused on Doug Wilson and Christian

nationalism, patriarchy, church abuse in particular.

That's our focus, although it does go wider and broader than that, especially now with our

weekly series where we're going to be talking about Christian nationalism in general,

as well as other branches of Christian nationalism and the manosphere and masculinity and

femininity and tradwives and red pilling and all that other stuff. And one of those intersections

is January 6th riot, which people remember is not that long ago, five years ago, right in the

middle of the COVID pandemic. And we have two scholars, one who wrote the original book and the one who edited and expanded and updated that original book. Thanks so much for coming on both Richard and Christina. I always feel weird not saying doctor in front of that, but they both told me as like, please call me by my first name. So I'm doing that in the introduction, I don't do that because I can't not do it once. So thank you so much for coming on and talking to us about your guys' research and since patriarchy.
