happy Thanksgiving. We are coming right up onto a Thanksgiving days tomorrow and in honor of Thanksgiving and I have the wonderful

renowned amazing Dr. Mark Sherwood back on the show with me.

We're going to be talking a little bit

about your Thanksgiving and the holiday season coming up

and how you can stay healthy in the midst of that.

We've also got some wonderful listener questions it's going to be a fantastic 20 minutes stick around I think you're going to be encouraged. All right you guys. So tomorrow is Thanksgiving and you guys heard me last Friday

tell you why I think it is so important that you maintain

family traditions and that you take some time to celebrate.

We have a lot to celebrate.

The world's on fire and yes, you turn on the news

and things are really weird,

but we still have a lot to be

thankful for this is a great opportunity for you to take some time establish some

traditions with your family come before the Lord say thank you eat some really

good food and basically just generally chill out.
