Hey, Bo. Good afternoon, man. Man, good afternoon to you, too, sir. How are you doing today? You know, I'm doing, I'm doing great. It's, man, it's beautiful. It's just really turned out to be a really nice spring. You know, we get about two, two, three weeks of spring that's actually sufferable here. That's right.

And, man, you're in Houston now, so you have a newfound respect for Texas humidity and heat and especially what that does to concrete and all that other stuff.

So, man, yeah, but things are going great.

It's exciting times here for the family and, you know, moving forward. So big, big follow-up doctor's appointment this week for baby Cole. So that's exciting. Yeah. Yeah, man, things are good. How's everything going in Houston?

Man, things are going very, very well. You know, beautiful weather here. We finally got the sink up, man. Now you got good weather there. We got good weather here. We're doing okay. Good. This last past weekend had a great time with the family. I don't think I mentioned this on the on the show, but the house that we got, it's got a pool. And I got to tell you, man. I didn't know that. Did I not tell you that? So I, all right, so I never thought I'd live in a house with a pool. Like this, it's a big, it's a big deal for me.

Like, I'm like, oh my gosh, I can't believe it.

And a lot of these houses that we were trying to look at everything, some of them had like a little pool. Some of them didn't. And, you know, I know it doesn't do anything to the value of the house, but I was like, oh my gosh, can we live in a house with a pool, please?

Yeah, no, yeah, no, that's, that's right, man.

Shoot, do you have like a wait staff now?

People bringing you mint juleps while you're out there wearing like linen pants and stuff and like wearing your pinky signet rings and all that kind of thing. No, definitely not. I end up being the wait staff to my children. Oh, yeah. No, that's. That's good. Constantly keeping them away from the pool so that they don't, you know, do something destructive. That is the, that is the crazy thing, man. It's, it is kind of this balance because on the one hand, it's like, yay. On the hand, it's like, ah, because you have to really secure it, especially One more thing to be terrified about, right? Exactly, exactly. But this weekend, it was really nice, man.

got to work on their swimming my youngest in particular really took like a big step in that direction

and and was uh was doing quite well and so we're it was it was a fun weekend fun weekend and let me say

this around the pool i mean like there is let me say this, around the pool.

I mean, like, there is something about enjoying your pipe around the pool that you do kind of feel like, yes, yes, James, James, please, please bring me my. Caviar. Thank you. And by caviar, yes, yes, yes. I know, man, of course, you're in Houston, so, you know, I'd like that with the side of petroleum, please, so my stock will go up, yeah.
