Rumi said, your task is not to seek for love,

And I love this quote so much because it paints such a beautiful picture of love and

the human experience.

We spend a lifetime seeking the one thing that is already present

within us.

We build these barriers carefully created and rooted in fear and worry, doubt, limiting

beliefs and scars and wounds from our past,

blocking us from fully immersing in the tenderness of love.

And admittedly, I used to fight myself,

curse myself because of these barriers, because of the flaws, because of all of the

unconditional ways that I exist. Now I love myself because of them. I hold myself because of them.

And I embrace myself because of them.

The funny thing is acceptance makes the embrace possible and the embrace ignites liberation and divinity and unconditional love for yourself and for others.
