break ground later this afternoon with hundreds of people gathered on the site where we are going to have two acres and we're going to end up,

God willing, with a building that is about 25,000 square feet for the St Paul Center and

our Amaeus Road productions too.

Yeah, and if everything comes together like we're hoping,

we should be moving in there this,

a year from this fall and gathering all of our forces once again under one roof

which has been scattered to the I don't know if you can say the four wins but at least three different locations in

Steubenville to accommodate what how the center has grown just in the past couple

of years. Yeah so assuming no supply chain issues, no cost overruns, delays, change of orders, you know, we could say that by the early fall of 2023, we will move in.
