I had a fascinating Uber ride the other day and I had such a great conversation with my driver, but I was like, oh, let me just jot this down in my notes on my phone so that I can remember

And you would think that Miami would be a place to kite surf, right? Because we're surrounded by water.

Miami is known for its beaches. And yet, he explained to me that Miami actually doesn't vibe so well

with a kite surfing for a couple of reasons. People tend to come here more for the scene,

for the vibe, for sunbathing and going out

for dinner and dressing up and even going to the club, if that's what you care about, versus coming

to participate in water sports. There are plenty of places all over the world where water sports

is the thing. Miami has water, but water sports isn't really at the epicenter of

Miami action. It's really not what people care about, so to speak, majority speaking.
