Good morning. Welcome, Naxios today. It's Friday, March 17th. I'm Nailibudu. Here's

0:09.2

what we're following today. A lifeline for First Republic Bank. Plus, cutting down

0:13.6

on the cost of streaming. But first, a GOP Rift over Ukraine. That's our one big thing.

USAID to Ukraine is becoming a lightning rod issue among Republicans who are positioning

0:28.0

themselves as 2024 contenders. Excused Senior Contributor Margaret Taliv has new polling

0:33.9

on how Republican voters feel about the war in Ukraine and joins us now for a Friday

0:38.3

1:32.8

from Democrats and even independence, about 60% of independence support continuing to support

1:37.7

Ukraine. Republicans are just in a completely different place than the rest of America. So most

1:43.6

of the American public at this moment says the U.S. should stand with Ukraine. We all expect

1:49.4

Rhonda Santas to enter the presidential contest, but if he or if Donald Trump were to emerge as

1:55.3

the nominee, and if Republicans were to win the next presidential election with a candidate who

2:00.3

espoused these views, it would be a complete upending of U.S. foreign policy. And that is getting
