President Obama is today in Laos, the Asian nation of Laos.

Actually, the landlocked nation, which means that you will not find a lay ocean

abutting the ocean.

But there is the Mekong Delta, which is where most of the lay ocean navy rides, drives,

propels, it's 58268 vessels.

That is the official estimate I saw of the size of the lay ocean navy.

But it does explain the Mekong Delta.

It does explain why there is still this famous saying in Laos that it's not the size of

the boat.
