Michaela and I'm Kennedy. And today we're going to chat, which we share what we're currently

reading. Has it been a while? Sure, we're currently reading. Why not? But I'm currently reading Ashes and the Star Curse King, which is the second book of, I don't even know what the name of the series is titled. I can't pronounce a lot of things in the series. Yeah, the second Serpent and Wings of the Night Book. There's a novella that I read before that's like in between. You can choose when you want to read it. You don't have to read it after the first book. And I haven't read a lot of novellas, but it was like the most perfect novella. It was so fun. I loved it. I'm excited. So that's a recent read. I'm trying to think what else I've recently read.

I don't know where I left off.

But I read the Serpent and Dove series.

Did you like it? Yeah, it was good. I really like the first book,

and then it kind of just went downhill. Is it complete? Yeah. Okay. It's done. I think it should have just been two books. Okay. So like cut out the first half of the second book and cut out also the first half of the

third book and just combine those to one book. Okay. And I read The Wife Upstairs by Free and McFadden.

It was pretty much the same as Verity.

And I mean, I probably would have liked it if I hadn't read Verity, but a lot less sex, if you ask me.

We love Frida.

Yeah, it was good.

It was okay.

And I finished the upside of falling.
