| 1:39.5 | systemic racism, as they continue to double and triple down on policies that make it as |
| 1:46.2 | easy, convenient, and comfortable as possible to be a drug addict. |
| 1:52.2 | And then they're shocked when people become drug addicts or stay drug addicts and eventually |
| 1:56.8 | overdose. |
| 1:57.8 | And they're spending millions and millions of dollars on it, and they still have people |
| 2:01.3 | just drop in like flies. |
