As you can see from the title, today we're talking about a frustrating favor and we're coming from the book of

Job chapter 5 and we're going to be focusing on a lot of verses. So grab your

journals. This morning during my quiet time God led me to the book of

Job chapter five and he allowed three different verses to stand out to me and

the first verse that stood out is Job chapter five verse 3 and it says I have seen that

fools may be successful for the moment but then comes sudden disaster. The

next verse he allowed to stand out was verse 8 and 9. It says if I were you I would go to God and present my case to him.

He does great things too marvelous to understand. He performs countless miracles. And the last verses he allowed to stand out was Joe 5

Versus 12 through 14 and it says he frustrates the plans of schemers so the work of their hands will not succeed.

He traps the wise in their own cleverness so their cunning schemes are tharted.

They find it is dark in the daytime and they grew up at noon as if it were night.

And as you can see from the title we're talking about a frustrating favor because

what stood out to me the most in Joe Chapter 5 was

verse that says, he frustrates the plans of schemers,

so the work of their hands will not succeed.

And that stood out to me because this morning,

I had a call with one of my mentees, and I told her is I said in that situation you went to attack the person
