We were down on the ground.

There were insurrectionists trying to come through the door.

The Capitol police were barricading the door to make sure they were out there.

There was screaming.

Then at the door, over by where I was, there was pounding, pounding people screaming.

Of course, we had no way of knowing if they truly were after they confirmed that those

They opened the door and hurried everyone out very quickly.

I never had any similar experiences on the job at CIA, but certainly the training prepares

But I will say, Michael, one of the unbelievable things is that, you know, even though earlier
