Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the magnificent Monday edition of the yard. Been a busy day.

Mondays typically are very busy. It's difficult for me to get the show done early on Monday. It is a lot going on, kind of coming off the weekend.

You know, you chase some rabbit trails over the weekend trying to get some interviews and sometimes it's monday before they get back with you that's okay hey i trust you

all had a happy 4th of july weekend worked out really good calendar wise for some of you is you um

you had a three-day weekend how cool is that well we didn't we worked all weekend we did take a little time for our families and, you know, I'm an empty nester, so there's not as much going on around me. And, of course, opening or owning a couple of businesses sometimes, you know, you don't have a lot of downtime. But not complaining, don't get me wrong. But I hope that you guys did. I bet it was tough getting up going to work today.

Yeah, I got some friends of mine that I know there.

Mondays are always busy.

And then all of a sudden you have the Friday holiday.

And so everything kind of gets backed up.

And listen, let's be honest about this.

If you were going to have a three-day weekend you kind of

start having that weekend maybe half day on Thursday right nothing gets done

after lunch on Thursday ahead of a three-day weekend this doesn't happen man

you know as well as I do it doesn't happen so stuff. You know, as well as I do. It doesn't happen.

So stuff gets piled up.

So I suspect many of you had a very busy Monday.

You made it.

Congratulations.

You survived.

You always do.

And maybe some days you thrive.

But yeah, Mondays are tough.
