0:24.0	what narcissism actually is. Some psychologists have referred to our current time as a narcissism
0:30.7	epidemic, which may have gotten worse because of technology. And according to experts,
0:36.7	narcissism levels among millennials are higher than previous generations. I was curious
0:42.4	about the actual definition of narcissism and what to do and how to spot a narcissist or
0:48.4	even narcissistic qualities in yourself. To explore this topic, I wanted to speak to an expert
0:54.1	on the subject about how to recognize narcissism, how big of an issue it is, or isn't, and what we
0:59.9	can do to treat it. This week we're talking to Dr. Romani. She is a clinical psychologist,
1:05.5	professor of psychology at California State University, and author. She's also the host of
1:10.9	the Navigating Narcissism podcast. She has several books on the topic and has been studying
