Summary
If you can explain something important in just a few words, it's a double win: You've probably found something that's obviously true, without needing further explanation or detail. And it's probably something you'll remember for a long time, easy to recall without having to memorize dozens of details.
This podcast is a smattering of ideas that have been important and impactful to me, shared in as few words as I can manage.
