Summary

Imagine receiving a dying father’s plea: find a safe and loving home for his young son, even though every avenue seems to lead nowhere. One social worker recounts the emotional journey of Patrick and John, a father and child facing the father’s terminal illness. Despite exhaustive attempts to secure a stable future for John, the solution emerges from an unexpected corner: an ex-wife from Patrick’s past, rediscovered through a moment of divine inspiration in church. Some might call it fate, others providence – but in the end, a father’s dying wish is honored, and his child finds a forever family with someone who never stopped loving them both.
