Somebody's like, I'm leaving the church.

No, I want dressing too.

No, I'm not doing that.

But I want to bring out something that the Lord was dealing with me.

You know, when you're seeing all these reels and the Internet and different things,

and people are always talking about different fass.

And, you know, they got the Daniels fast whatever

that is and you know they just people just reaching for different things but

nobody's checking their day-to-day lifestyle amen the majority of them aren't amen and

we don't do it Daniel's fast here because Daniel didn't fast. Amen. I talked about this way back in fasting back in the old building. Remember that? And we just, you know, some of us grew up thinking Daniel went on a fast, but Daniel was proven a point of not eating the king's meat and that's what that was about.

But fasting is a real thing.
