How can you easily memorize lists of words?

We receive this question in our private Facebook group at quickbrain.com from a graduate student who has an immense amount of information it sounds like she needs to retain.

Now if you've seen me on stage quickly memorize a list of words, maybe 30, 40, 50, 100 random words

that an audience gives me, I would repeat them back from memory forwards and then backwards.

And I don't do this to impress you.

I do this to express to you what's really possible

because the truth is you could do it too.

You could do it regardless of your age, background your career your personal history your

level education because there's no such thing as a good or bad memory there's just

a train memory and an untrained memory.
