I'm really good.

I had a great week.

I did three bursts this past week.

I know I was going to say it was a marathon Thursday.

Dr. Stu, Dr. Stu American Hero brought three babies into the world within a 24-hour period.

Yeah, it was exciting.

I did a water berth, a home forcepts delivery, and a home breach delivery

all within 24 hours. Wow. You sleep a lot in that 24? And they all lived. Thank goodness.

Absolutely, right? Yeah. Now, the water, very quickly, you sleep, I guess, wherever you can at that point,

right? Yeah, yeah. You sleep on people's couches and on their, on their floors, and you grab a couple hours here and there between what you can at that point, right? Yeah, yeah. You sleep on people's couches and on their floors,

and you grab a couple hours here and there between what you can do.

And, you know, when you're at a home birth, you don't always say,

you're not always doing stuff.

Plus, I'm there with a team.

I usually have a midwife, and there's often a doula.

At two of the three bursts, we had a doula, which I think we're going to talk a little bit about today. Why don't you get great to it?
