oil and gas fame has won its appeal of a landmark ruling in Europe that had ordered it to

sharply produce greenhouse gas emissions. A court has thrown out all the claims by Friends of

the Earth and others. The BBC's Anna Holigan reports from the Court of Appeal in the Netherlands.

The appeals court judge said the court could not establish that Shell had a social standard

of care to reduce its emissions by 45% or any other amount.
