The We've already heard Swamaji talk this morning, but I will again give a short introduction of him and also Bernardo. But before I do so, let me first say thank you to the organizers, that is to say,

And also for inviting me to moderate this dialogue. I feel honored to be in the presence of these two

brilliant spiritual and intellectual minds.

Now let me tell you what we're going to do for the next hour and a half or two hours if we include the Q&A,

so you're primed a little bit and know what to expect. So these two gentlemen will go into a dialogue

with regards to the theme of mysticism, science and non-duality.

And more specifically, I will hope to steer them a little bit in the direction of, well,

first, their own respective traditions.

I will ask them to summarize briefly their tradition of analytic idealism and Advaita Vedanta.

And then we'll zoom in on the meaning of consciousness and the role of consciousness in these traditions

and maybe also look for similarities between the two traditions.

And we'll ask, is there maybe something such as the unconscious, does that exist in these traditions?

And what is phenomenal reality in these traditions?

Then we'll move to the heart problem of consciousness, as it is called. We will first explain

what that is, and then is there actually a problem? Let's see in the discussion. And after the

hard problem of consciousness will turn to artificial intelligence. How does consciousness relate to artificial intelligence?
