The demons would be confronted with Christ in the Gospels. They'd be like, oh, please, it's not our time yet. Like, they even know they're cooked. This is the first time that I actually ever heard my mom pray. I just remember her clothing her eyes and folding her hands, and she just said, God, please keep him safe.
