It is part travelogue, part memoir, and it takes us behind the scenes of a documentary

project Chuck has been working on for years, traveling to Chinese restaurants in 15 countries

all around the world.

He was born in Hong Kong.

He grew up in Singapore and Japan, and he studied in the U.S.
