Hello there. We're joined by podcasting royalty yet again. I'm very excited. Absolutely.

Kara Swisher. A minor royalty. No, no. And our esteemed co-host, Alyssa Farah Griffin.

I wanted to start by just talking about what we talked on the beginning of the show, which was this

conversation about podcast because Pivot, your podcast, one of your podcast, is one of the most

successful in the country.

Yeah.

And it does seem like it's an outlier to this culture of right-wing podcasts that find

a lot of success. Yeah, they do. It's very much like radio because what happened was right-wing

was zeroed out of regular mainstream media forever, right? It was sort of center, right,

center-left. But it wasn't liberal. That's kind of a thing. It was sort of center, sort of in the center,

going back and forth, probably lean more left. There was no right wing until Rupert came in and

brought in Fox, but there was very little space. And so they found a lot of strength in radio,

drive radio. Yeah, Rush Limbaugh. Rush Limbaugh and the rest of them. And Hannity and the rest, and he actually started there, right? And so it was a

natural extension to move over to podcasting. And one of the things that fueled radio is rage. And so
