on the podcast here before. You've- Tell me how it all works. You've maybe done one or two,

one or two podcast episodes.

What number are you on for your podcast?

Lately I've been recording in the,

in the 900s,

up to 920 something.

And for the first time in a long time,

I've actually got quite a few in the bank.

So it's sort of, yeah, we do two podcasts a week.

So we're putting out around 100 a year.

And that doesn't include the ones that I've done with other people.

I had four podcasts with other people.

So I'm sure I've recorded more than a thousand episodes.

You could think that I'd be way better at it by now with that many under the belt.

But I've got plans.

I've still got plans.

I'm innovating and I'm going to step it up a notch soon.
